 Job Scope:

The Sales Executive is responsible for achieving sales targets through proactive client

engagement, delivering persuasive presentations, and providing timely quotations. This role

emphasizes continuous learning and innovation to improve service offerings, producing detailed

sales reports for management review, staying informed about competitors' activities and market

trends, and collaborating seamlessly with customer services, coordinators, and operation teams

to deliver exceptional customer support.

 

Key Responsibilities:

1. Client Engagement and Sales Initiatives

Proactive Approach: Take initiative to approach potential clients, deliver compelling

presentations, and provide quotations.

Customer Relationship: Maintain and nurture customer relationships through consistent

follow-ups and support for their requests.

2. Sales Targets and Innovation

Target Achievement: Achieve assigned sales targets and continuously learn and innovate to

enhance service offerings.

3. Reporting and Analysis

Sales Reports: Generate comprehensive sales reports, analysing both qualitative and

quantitative data for presentation to superiors.

4. Market and Competitor Analysis

Market Trends: Stay updated on competitors' activities, including pricing and analysis of their

strengths and weaknesses.

5. Team Collaboration

Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with customer services, coordinators, and operation

teams to ensure seamless customer support.

 

Qualifications:

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Sales and Marketing field is preferred.

 

Experience:

• More than 3 years of working experience in the sales field, especially in Business-to-

Business sales.

• Direct knowledge and experience in the ISO industry is preferable.

 

Skills and Abilities:

• Proactivity: Proactive, fast learner, prompt response, and adaptable.

• Technical Proficiency: Computer literacy.

• Language Proficiency: Intermediate level in English.

• Communication: Effective verbal and written communication skills.

• Analytical Skills: Ability to analyse market trends and competitors' activities.
